QUADNA MOUNTAIN TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION COMMITTEES

Several committees have been formed to provide recommendations to the Board on issues to improve our Quadna community.  If you have an interest in participating in the important work of these committees, please let us know through the ‘Contact Us’ link.

Building/Structures Committee

Mission:  The Buildings/Structure Committee will address the issues of each building structure such as windows, doors, siding, roofs, and sidewalks.  This may include bids/pricing and proposed funding ideas for the Financial Committee.
Co-Chairs:  Bryan Major/David Traut

Dock Committee

Mission:  The Dock Committee addresses the issues of dock and fishing space availability on the current QMTA shared dock.  These ideas could include current expansion and/or private owner paid docking system to allow long term (seasonal) boat docking for interested owners.    
Chair:  Joel Richards

Environmental Control Committee

Mission:  The Environmental Control Committee addresses environmental improvements and standards.  These guidelines help preserve and/or increase values of our homes and aesthetic quality of our neighborhood.
Co-Chairs:  Bob Madsen/Joanne Madsen

Finance Committee

Mission:  The Finance Committee addresses the financial issues to maintain current and future fixed/fluctuating expenditures.
Chair:  Nancy Deaton

Grounds Committee

Mission:  The Grounds Committee addresses maintenance and improvement of common grounds, including management of maintenance staff, plant removal and replacement, parking issues, etc.
Chair:  Milt Dupre

Legal Committee

Mission:  The Legal Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Board as requested on all legal issues, including interpretation of our legal documents.
